It is raining…points!
Zöbinger Heiligenstein is our star of the week in two respects:
Finally, ripeness is increasing rapidly, so we now set out to harvest all parcels for the classic quality. The first juice flowing freely from the press entices our palates with fine spicy aromas and a whiff of bergamot!
At the same time we received news that Bründlmayer Zöbinger Heiligenstein Alte Reben 2019 has just been awarded a sovereign 100 points by Austria’s respected A la Carte Wine Guide!
This puts us in front of a severe problem: what to uncork? This weekend may be a merry and ‘moist’ one, not only weather-wise!
