Claims, Exchanges
The goods must be checked immediately upon receipt; bottle breakage must be confirmed by the carrier. Return without stated reason must be within 8 days. The return transport must be paid by the purchaser. In addition, an exchange without stated reason can be made during regular opening hours of the winery or at Heurigenhof Bründlmayer in Langenlois.
Faulty Cork
Impairments due to a faulty cork are not the responsibility of the winemaker/winery. An exchange of a faulty bottle is possible under the following conditions: The defective bottle must be closed with the faulty cork, and it must be returned to the Bründlmayer winery or the Heurigenhof Bründlmayer in Langenlois.
Retention of Ownership
All goods remain our property until full payment is made.
Protection of Data
Customer data are used exclusively within the winery and of course are not passed on to third parties.
