Weingut Bründlmayer

Bründlmayer is leading light of Austria, delivering firm, complex, stony gruner veltliners with some ageing capacity. This one doesn't need age to be enjoyed but if you bought six bottles it would endure in the cellar for five years. It’s a compact, firm and even-handed white with hints of peach, pepper, herbs and flint. No real drama here, but it doesn't waver- very good length.
