A recurring dream about sharing a bottle with Sigmund Freud could be a sign that I’ve been thinking too much about Austrian wine lately.
Freud: Still writing your wine column?
Me: Too right. Still writing your dissertation on psychodynamic personality evolution?
Freud: It’s slow going. Got any good wine recommendations?
Me: The new Bründlmayer Rieslings and Grüner Veltliners are looking incredible.
Freud: I’ll take a squiz. Anyway, I’d better go. I’m double-parked and I can’t afford another bloody fine. Take care, Morgan.

Psychoanalytic theory aside, the dream holds some truth. The wines of Weingut Bründlmayer are exceptional.
